Killeen (TX) FD Holds Groundbreaking for New Fire Station No. 4

The Killeen Fire Department held a groundbreaking ceremony May 8 for new Fire Station No. 4, which will also hold a training academy and emergency operations center. The station will be located at 9132 Trimmier Road.

A fire official said the new station will decrease response times in south Killeen from eight minutes to less than six minutes, kcentv.com reported.

The station, which is Killeen’s ninth fire station, is expected to be completed in late 2025.
