Woodstock, IL—Groves Incorporated is proud to announce and welcome Tom Martin as the company’s VP of Sales and Marketing effective November 1, 2019. Martin will be responsible for sales team leadership, driving revenue, expanding product lines, and managing the rep and distribution network.
Tom has a strong history of successfully bringing new products to market and building sales channels. At LION, Tom’s team introduced the MT94 establishing LION as a leader in a new category of chemical protective clothing to military, law enforcement, and fire departments. As president of Paul Conway Helmets, Tom’s team introduced a new brand of helmets and built a national distribution network that quickly caught the attention of departments and the competition. Tom oversaw the sale of Paul Conway Helmets to LION Apparel and subsequently went to work for LION.
