Explosions at Boston Marathon, JFK Library in Cambridge (MA)

BOSTON, MA-At a press conference, Boston Official has stated that a third incident has occurred at the John F. Kennedy Library in Cambridge, MA.


BOSTON, MA-About three hours after winners crossed the finish line at the Boston Marathon, two explosions, resulting in injuries, occurred. Officials are saying that more than 20 have been injured, with two dead. According to ABC News, the explosions are being treated as being caused by bombs.

The blasts occurred at about 2:50 PM, according to wcbv.com, and occurred at the intersection of Boylston and Exeter Streets.

Officials are evacuating the area, and the race has been stopped.

Reports indicate the second explosion was about 15 seconds after the first. According to wcvb.com, many of the injured appeared to be spectators.

First responders are at the scene and are removing victims.
