Little Elm (TX) Fire Department Station 3

Little Elm Station 3 is built on two acres of cleared land donated by an adjacent residential neighborhood. It has three drive-through fire apparatus bays, administrative spaces, and living quarters.

The building facades are a blend of masonry materials, and aluminum composite metal panels and floor-to-ceiling glazing are on the exterior. A steel and wood canopy wraps around one corner of the building, and there are covered patio areas for outdoor dining, grilling, and physical training. The fire apparatus bays feature glazed four-fold doors flanked by steel columns that support a canopy system.
