Richmond (IN) In Talks to Lease Former Fire Station

Reid Health and the city of Richmond are working on a lease agreement that would have the health network move into the former fire station, reports Pal-Item.

The station was closed in March 2009 as the department worked to streamline operations and cut overtime costs. Since then, the building has been used by the Richmond Fire Department for storage.

Reid plans to use the 3,550-square-foot building to house its ambulances and EMS crew.
