Public Meeting for Charlotte (NC) Fire Department’s Proposed Firehouse Set for Dec. 1

The Charlotte (NC) Fire Department is holding a virtual public meeting on December 1 at 6 p.m. for its ​Hidden Valley Firehouse No.45 project.

The proposed facility will be a two-story, three-bay station sitting at approximately 14,000 square feet. It will be located at 5800 North Tryon St. on a 2.03-acre parcel of land.

The project, with an unknown cost at this time, is currently in the advanced planning phase, and the next step will be to advance the design plans to approximately 60% completion.

During the meeting, the project team will provide information about the project and answer any questions.
