The City of Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Fire Department held a ground-breaking ceremony for a new fire station

The City of Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Fire Department held a ground-breaking ceremony for a new fire station, reports NBCDFW.

The 10,000 square feet fire station will have three apparatus bays to allow for future growth. Construction is expected to take 12 months for the single-story prototype floor plan and will cost about $4.6 million.
