Brookhaven (MS) Opens Fire Station

Brookhaven Fire Department has officially opened a fire station with a ribbon cutting, reports The Daily Leader.

The fire station has been open for the bulk of the year. But due to COVID-19, there had not yet been an official celebration.

Brookhaven Mayor Joe Cox attended the celebration with government officials. City attorney Joe Fernald read a proclamation from the city to the approximately three dozen people in attendance.
