WALTP-2XWP400 LED light tower reportedly produces as much light as comparable halogen towers and rivals metal halide units for total area coverage. Costing less than traditional HID towers, this LED light tower provides further savings through greatly reduced energy consumption and has no need for frequent bulb replacements. The light tower is equipped with two waterproof and vaporproof 40-watt LED light heads to produce a total of 2,924 lumens. The light tower can be extended from four to nine feet in total height. Each LED light head is constructed of aluminum and finished in a durable powder coat for durability and resistance to corrosion. Polycarbonate lenses provide impact resistance for the LED lamp assemblies, and integral cooling fins provide efficient cooling to extend and preserve these LED’s 50,000-hour lamp life rating.
PS200 portable multigas detector monitors and displays up to four hazardous gas conditions simultaneously. Both lightweight and durable, it uses catalytic bead sensor technology to monitor and detect a wide range of combustible gases and electrochemical sensor technology to monitor and detect carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, and oxygen deficiency. Weighing no more than eight ounces, the PS200 is housed in a sturdy, water-resistant, and dust-proof case for harsh environments and confined spaces. Operator interface and calibration are intuitive by simply toggling between one-button functions. During normal operation the LCD screen continuously displays battery life, real-time gas concentrations in parts per million (ppm), and concentration of oxygen by percentage. Maximum and minimum gas concentrations for each sensor can also be programmed and monitored.
Extraction Zones app allows emergency first responders to select the make and model of damaged vehicles from an extensive databank in the pop-up list. The side and top view of these specific vehicles will display all areas of concern that are crucial to a safe and efficient extrication of trapped victims. Areas featured in these two views include structural reinforcements, high-voltage hybrid batteries and high voltage cables, air bags and air bag canisters, seat belt pretensioners, fuel tanks, and 12-volt batteries. Extraction Zones Pro features an additional 150 vehicle makes and models.
FlexMod Voltage Sensing Relay & Timer (VSRT) conserves the starting power of a vehicle battery by shutting off auxiliary loads when either starting voltage drops to a low level or a preset timer times out. The FlexMod VSRT is suitable for fire, police, and emergency vehicles. The unit measures four inches by three inches by one inch, alerts the vehicle operator when starting voltage is low, and then cuts off any nonessential loads, thus conserving power to start. Its service life exceeds 1,000,000 on/off cycles, operating for the entire lifetime of the vehicle. This device has a rating of 10 A and can handle many loads directly or drive a relay or solenoid for higher amperages. Overvoltage and overcurrent protective measures are also included, providing extra levels of assurance.

First Look Pro Version 5 (FLP 5) is a software program that allows fire service personnel to organize and locate preincident plans, site diagrams, maps, and photographs. One of FLP 5’s new features is the ability for users to create their own data fields. Departments can add custom fields of information that are unique to their fire departments. A simple dialog has easy-to-use tools for adding text boxes, rich text note boxes, check boxes, and pull-down lists. Another new feature is computability with the WISER application designed to assist first responders with handling hazardous materials. First responders who have WISER can now launch it from FLP 5 and automatically display information about materials listed in the preplan.
