Warren County (GA) Fire Rescue Takes Delivery of $450k E-ONE Pumper

The apparatus is the first of three new engines the county will put into service before 2025.

Warren County (GA) Fire Rescue recently took delivery of a $391,660 E-One side-mount rescue pumper on an FC94 cab and chassis. In addition to $62,980 worth of equipment, the total price came to $454,640, reports mcduffieprogress.com.

Officials say the apparatus has a 1,000-gallon tank and can pump 1,500gpm.

A $100,000 grant covered part of the purchase price, while the remainder will be paid via low-interest loan to be repaid with SPLOST funds, the report says.

The apparatus is the first of three new engines the county will put into service before 2025—when new state standards will require an engine in every station. The six county stations all have trucks, but only three boast apparatus that qualify per standards, according to the report.
