Mountain View (CO) Fire Rescue Opens New Maintenance Facility

Mountain View Fire Rescue has moved into a new maintenance facility after spending years inside a building officials said is too small, reports Colorado Hometown Weekly.

The new 23,100-square-foot maintenance facility features 34-foot ceilings to allow staff to raise ladders and work under the trucks. It also has space for the district to store equipment in one area.

It also has five drive-thru truck bays, an area to test equipment and space for central receiving.
