Major Explosion, Building Collapse Reported in Manhattan

4:15 P.M. WABC-7 (7online.com) reports that all firefighters have been accounted for. Hundreds of firefighters on scene. At least six reported injured, one critically.

4:05 P.M.: The fire scene is reportedly at 125 Second Ave. Reports on Twitter indicate a second building has collapsed, with a total of four buildings on fire.

4 P.M.: Roll calls still being conducted, per radio traffic (Broadcastify). FDNY Twitter reports the fire has gone to seven alarms.

3:45 P.M.: According to various news sources on Twitter, Fire Department of New York (FDNY) has reported three firefighters missing. Multiple Maydays, with reports of multiple civilians missing. The fire has gone to four alarms.
