According to the department, the new engine will improve its ability to respond to emergencies in adverse weather and over rougher terrain. The new pumper is equipped with a hydraulic all-wheel drive, steep approach and departure angles, a tight turning radius, and other features that make it a versatile apparatus in terms of accessibility.
