BELTON, Texas. According to the city of Belton, all five Central Bell County Fire Rescue firefighters injured when their firetruck rolled over in Bell County Friday night were conscious and able to communicate when they were transported to a hospital.
The crash also involved a sedan carrying two people who were also injured.
The condition of the firefighters was not immediately available, a Belton city official said. Belton firefighters responded to the crash, where two civilians were also reported injured, officials said.
Central Bell County Fire Rescue is a volunteer fire department that operates out of Nolanville.
