Filer (ID) Fire District Gets New Station

The Filer (ID) Fire District recently moved into its new station after 32 years of needing one, reports kmvt.com.

It cost close to $2 million, and the department was able to fund it without any money from the taxpayers.

Fire officials say the new digs was built for the future—perhaps even 50 years down the road—with room to grow and potential for a full-time fire department in the future.
