Chilmark (MA) Fire Department Getting $11.1M Station, HQ for Tri-Town Ambulance

At yesterday’s Chilmark (MA) town meeting, voters unanimously approved $11.1 million to build a new station and separate headquarters for Tri-Town Ambulance, reports mvtimes.com.

Officials say the Menemsha Crossroad station has for years needed an upgrade. And, for the first time in its history, Tri-Town Ambulance will have a standalone place to call home. Tri-Town Ambulance serves Aquinnah, Chilmark, and West Tisbury.
