1968 Pirsch Pumper Has New Purpose in South St. Paul (MN)

After being bought and sold a number of times, a South St. Paul (MN) Fire Department pumper is now nicknamed “Ashes” and is available for rent by South St. Paul residents.

The truck had been restored, but vandals lit the truck on fire. Undeterred, the owners set out to repair the vehicle, and it again is back on the road as an example of South St. Paul history.
