The apparatus features a top-mount pump panel and a Hale QMAX single-stage, midship 1,500-gpm pump along with a Pro Poly 750-gallon tank. Foam is provided by a FoamLogix 2.1 System and a 30-gallon foam cell. A TFT deck gun is mounted on top of the pump control panel.

Warning lights include a Whelen Freedom LED Lightbar and Whelen M6 LED lights on the apparatus body. Two Whelen L 31 LED beacons are mounted on the upper rear corners of the hosebed.

The front bumper tray carries two-inch hose connected to a 1.5-inch discharge on the right front bumper. Audio warning devices include a Federal Q2B siren mounted on the left front bumper and a Whelen electronic siren module connected to two Whelen 100-watt speakers mounted through the front bumpers.

The cab has seating for six and is equipped with Spartan’s Advanced Protection System (APS) for cab safety. The apparatus is constructed of standard aluminum with full-depth, custom compartments designed by Metro Fire Apparatus Specialists, which include an EMS refrigerator over the left rear wheel.

The hosebed for this rig accommodates 1,800 feet of four-inch LDH, 350 feet of three-inch hose connected to a blitz line and 350 feet of two-inch hose. Ladders (24-foot extension, 14-foot roof and 10-foot attic) are stored in a compartment on the upper right rear body.
