The cab/chassis is a Pierce Velocity with seating for 5, and 3 rear facing cabinets are mounted between the cab and crew area. The left and right cabinets are accessible from the cab exterior. A Coleman Mach 8 Roughneck AC unit (15,000 Btu) mounted over the crew area of the cab provides auxiliary temperature control when the apparatus is not in use. The apparatus is constructed of standard aluminum with full-depth compartments and Amdor roll-up doors. SCBA storage is located adjacent to the rear wheel wells on each side.

The front bumper tray carries 100’ of 1¾-inch hose and two crosslays (150’ each of 1¾-inch hose are located in trays behind the cab adjacent to the pump panel. Additional sections of hose are stored in a left side compartment next to the pump panel. A Task Force Tips Crossfire Monitor (Model XFC-42) with a Task Force Tips Extend-A-Gun is mounted above the pump panel. The booster reel (150’ of ¾ inch hose) is located in a center compartment on the rear body, and Duo-Safety ladders (24’ 2-section, 14’ roof, and 10’ folding) are stored in an upper right compartment on the rear body. A Little Giant Model 17 Defender ladder is stored in a compartment above the pump housing.
