Indianapolis Fire Department command orders defensive operation only after heavy fire breaks out in two-story vacant structure at 3925 North College Avenue. Firefighters bring the fire under control in one hour with no injuries. Compromised structural integrity allows for partial collapse of the building and BNS advised for unsafe structure. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
