Police confirmed Friday that one of the teenage girls killed in the Asiana Airlines crash at San Francisco International Airport last Satruday was run over by a fire apparatus.
It’s not yet clear whether the victim had already died from injuries sustained in the plane crash, a report on USA Today said (http://usat.ly/136mB00).
The victim in question, Ye Meng Yuan, and another teen who died, Wang Linjia, were ejected from the Boeing 777 after it struck the airport’s seawall upon landing.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
