Two FDNY Fire Apparatus Crash En Route to Emergency Call

 Two FDNY fire trucks crashed on their way to an emergency and injured nearly a dozen firefighters and a pedestrian, reports WABC-TV.

Authorities say the trucks, from Ladder 113 and Engine 249, were on their way to a report of smoke in Crown Heights when they collided at the intersection.

All five trucks sustained moderate damage and have since been relocated to neighboring departments and volunteer’s homes to await repairs.
