Tulsa (OK) Fire Apparatus Hit During Traffic Accident

A Tulsa fire truck was hit from behind by another vehicle. The truck was on the scene of an accident.

Officials say crews were working on a two-car collision in the eastbound lanes of the highway near Sheridan Road when a pickup drove through the hazard cones and crashed into the back of a Tulsa fire truck.

Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to free the driver of the pickup before he was transported to an area hospital.

No firefighters were injured in the crash.
