Superior (WI) Designing Fire Apparatus to Assist with Petroleum Fires

Over the last 5 years, the Superior Fire Department has worked in collaboration with Husky Refinery, Enbridge, and Plains Midstream to design a fire engine that is better able to handle petroleum fires, reports KBJR6.com.

Husky Refinery donated $50,0000 towards the cost of the new $1.3 million truck. $1.1 million will come from city funds.
