Six Hellam Township (PA) Firefighters Injured After Fire Apparatus Overturns

Six firefighters were taken to the hospital after the truck they were riding in flipped over around 6 p.m. Saturday.

Police say fire crews were responding to a call when the engine went down on its side as the driver made a slight left-hand turn on Yorkanna Road. They are investigating what caused the fire truck to flip over.

Five of the firefighters were treated and released from York Hospital, according to police.
