The Remsen Fire Department put a 2002 pumper truck into service, reports Rome Sentinel.
The 2002 Spartan/Darley pumper truck was purchased more than a year ago. They bought the 1,000-gallon truck from the Calcium Fire Department in Jefferson County. The new truck will replacing an aging 1992 pumper.
