Tanker 604, which is a side-mount pumper-tanker manufactured by Toyne, has been built on a Mack Granite 6×4 cab and chassis for the East Sullivan Volunteer Fire Department, Bristol, Tennessee. The fire apparatus is powered by a Mack MP8-425M engine and Allison 3000 EVS transmission. In addition, East Sullivan’s new Toyne Tailored Apparatus is outfitted to fight fires with a Waterous CS 1,250-gpm pump and Zico hydraulic 3,000-gallon portable tank rack.
