Cambridge (MA) FD Takes Delivery of Two Pierce Pumpers

The Cambridge Fire Department took delivery of two Pierce Enforcer pumpers recently.

“The twin pumps for Engines 2 & 5 have been delivered,” the department said in a social media post Monday, May 13. “These Pierce Enforcer 1,250-gpm pumps, with 500-gallon water tanks, include TAK-4 T3 all wheel steer and energy efficient Idle Reduction Technology.

“After final outfitting by the Tech Services mechanics and training by all groups, these pumps will be placed in service to replace the current pumps.”
