A fire department in Pulaski County has lost one of its fire trucks, because of an accident.
The crash happened around 4:30 Wednesday afternoon on the Cumberland Parkway.
Pulaski County Public Safety director Tiger Robinson said the truck was on the scene of a vehicle fire, when another car on the parkway didn’t stop and hit the fire truck.
Investigators say the driver of the car went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
