1924 Ford TT/Pirsch Fire Apparatus

1924 Ford TT/Pirsch Fire Apparatus

Originally the rig had been a triple combination pumper, chemical, and hose-carrying fire apparatus that served Ashville, New York. After many years of fire service, Ashville sold the rig to a country club, which then sold it to a private owner. Hann is owner number four. He has a copy of the original bill of sale from the Peter Pirsch Company. He also has the pump certification from the Hale Company for the 250-gallon-per-minute fire pump. Over the years, the Pirsch 40-gallon chemical component of the rig went missing. There were many other components not included with the rig when it came home to Hann’s place in Princeton, New Jersey.
