One Injured When Columbia (SC) Fire Apparatus Overturns

Emergency crews responded to an overturned Columbia fire truck Sunday morning with one firefighter receiving injuries. 

A fire truck with the Columbia Fire Department was making a left turn off of Bluff Road onto South Cedar Creek when it overturned around 10:00 a.m.

Brick Lewis with the Columbia Fire Department told WLTX that a firefighter has been transported to the Richland Memorial Hospital and is in stable condition.

A Spokane ladder truck and pumper slid down the same icy hill. The ladder truck hit a house and the pumper hit two parked cars.
