New Seminole County (FL) Fire Department Apparatus a County First

Features include 500-gallon water and 20-gallon foam tanks as well as a 1,500-gallon-per-minute pump.

According to a report from FOX35, the Seminole County (FL) Fire Department (SCFD) showed off its new quint fire truck on Monday with a “push-in” ceremony.

The truck is the first of its kind for Seminole County: A combination fire and ladder truck.

SCFD authorities say the $1.1 million truck will allow the SCFD to help more people.

Features include 500-gallon water and 20-gallon foam tanks as well as a 1,500-gallon-per-minute pump.
