A gooseneck halogen map light is now available from Havis-Shields Equipment Corp.
The light is available with a 12- or 18-inch gooseneck and features a 5-watt halogen lamp with a wider beam and more light than a comparable LED model, according to the company.
The light is equipped with an easy-to-slide permanent red lens, which gives the user the option of using red or white light. A large heat sink provides improved cooling.
Constructed with a die-cast housing, long-life gooseneck, the lights are equipped with a dimmer switch which provides the right amount of light for any task and reduces nighttime vision loss, according to the manufacturer.
