Muscle Shoals (AL) Council Consider Ambulance Bids

The Muscle Shoals City Council will consider a long-awaited bid for ambulance service.

The city has worked for months to write a contract for ambulance service after being approached by Shoals Ambulance Service in March 2012 about taking over the city’s service.

Keller EMS, a branch of Helen Keller Hospital, and Shoals Ambulance, were the only two providers to bid on the service.
