Mobile App for Making Fire Training Simulations to be Unveiled at FDIC 2012

PHILADELPHIA, PA – CommandSim will unveil a mobile app and desktop companion application for creating and sharing training simulations at its booth #13038 at FDIC 2012 in Indianapolis. The new app, called SimsUShare Mobile, instructors can quickly compose sims from their own photos with CommandSim’s animated smoke, fire, and other hazards, directly on their Android mobile phone or tablet, and Windows/Macintosh computers. They can then use them in the classroom or in the field to help build command, strategy, tactics, and communication skills.

Starting April 16, instructors with Android phones or tablets (including the Kindle Fire) can install the app within 2 minutes and start making scenarios, using the free, ad-supported “SimsUShareMobile Lite” version of the app, or by choosing the full version for $4.95. The Windows/Mac companion application is available for the introductory price of $14.95, or as a free trial version. The iPhone/iPad app will be available shortly.
