Lake Ozark (MO) Fire Apparatus Needs Rescue

Lake Ozark (MO) fire officials said a fire truck got stuck in water as they were on their way to help a man whose car stalled in rising water.

While this particular fire truck got stuck before reaching the man, other responders were able to get him out of the area safely.

Fire officials said the truck is being looked over by a mechanic but it doesn’t appear to have any significant damage.

With more rain on the horizon, officials with the Lake Ozark Fire Department said they are checking over all of their equipment and making sure it is good to go if and when more flooding occurs.
