The Kenefick Volunteer Fire Department (TX) accepted the keys to the new fire engine from First Liberty National Bank-Dayton Financial Center’s Georgia Cable, Vice President.
John Clanton, Vice President of EDS #1, was on hand for the transfer.
The engine is an E-One Fire Engine and was purchased from Hall-Mark Fire Apparatus. The 5 man air conditioned engine with a 1280 gallon capacity has a pumping capacity of 1250 gallons per minute.
This new engine with larger storing capacity also makes it possible to carry more fire suppression tools to incidents.
Due to the mutual aid agreement with all Fire Departments in Liberty County, this new purchase benefits the entire county.
