Garfield County (CO) Donates 2012 Tahoe to Lower Valley Fire District

The Lower Valley (CO) Fire District now has a 2012 Chevy Tahoe in Fruita district’s emergency fleet, thanks to a donation from Garfield County, reports

The Tahoe—which has 139,000 miles and has been upfitted for use as a patrol vehicle by the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office—is slated to go into immediate use by the fire district.

The apparatus boasts a sale value of around $13,000, but that increases to about $28,000 when factoring in all the work.
