Firefighters Not Hurt in Burley (ID) Fire Apparatus Accident

No firefighters were injured when a woman crashed into a fire engine.

No information was released Friday on the condition of the Burley woman who drove a pickup truck into the back of a fire truck south of Burley.

Cassia Regional Medical Center officials said they were not able to release any information regarding Shaylee Alexander’s condition.

Alexander, 29, drove into the back of a North Rural Cassia County Fire District truck that was on a call fighting a straw fire that broke out in a semi truck on Thursday at 725 S. Idaho 27.

The crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
