Fire Apparatus Enthusiast Proposes Museum in Middletown (NY)

A man who has been storing hundreds of antique fire trucks in a warehouse has proposed developing a museum in the City of Middletown, reports Mid Hudson News.

Andrew Leider would like to convert the former Honda dealership, later the Acme Bus Company garage, on Fulton Street into a fire truck museum and O&W Station Archive.

Mayor Joseph DeStefano said the proposal is an exciting one.
