Erie (PA) Fire Apparatus Topples Utility Pole

Erie Bureau of Fire officials are checking the extent of damage to a tower truck after it hit a utility pole. The accident toppled the utility pole.

Traffic was restricted in the area temporarily while the pole was replaced, according to police.

Erie Fire Chief Tony Pol said Tower 2 remains in service. A bureau mechanic will check out the extent of damage.
