E-ONE/International Urban Interface Pumper Gallery

Engine 2 went into service with the Kaufman (TX) Fire Department in November, 2014. The cab is an International 7400 4×4, four-door model with seating for 5. E-ONE built the apparatus, which is constructed of heavy-duty extruded aluminum with full depth compartments and roll-up doors. The required NFPA compliment of ladders is located in a storage compartment on the officer side of the hosebed.
The vehicle is powered by a Navistar MaxxForce 9 330-hp engine with a vertical exhaust and an automatic transmission. Warning lights include a Whelen Freedom LED Lightbar, Whelen M6 Super LED lights on the apparatus body and Whelen Model L31H Super LED beacons located on the upper rear corners of the hosebed. Whelen Pioneer Plus Model PF2P scene lights are located on the center of the cab roof and the front of the pump module.  Audio warning devices include a Federal electronic Q2B-EF siren with two Federal Dynamax 100-watt speakers mounted thru the front bumper. A Whelen Model 295HFSM1 siren is also onboard and connected to a Federal Dynamax 100-watt speaker mounted through the center of the front bumper.
The apparatus has an eMAX single-stage, PTO midship 1,250-gpm pump with pump-and-roll capability along with a 750-gallon “R” UPF polypropylene tank. The front bumper contains an Akron 1.5-inch discharge along with a 1.5-inch line with a bumper hose tray. The deck gun mounted in the hosebed is an Akron with a 3-inch discharge.  The foam system is a Hale 2.1 FoamLogix with a 30-gallon foam cell.
