Darley Awarded $487 Million Defense Contract

W.S. Darley & Company has been awarded another major contract valued at $487 million by the Defense Logistics Agency for the Special Operational Equipment Tailored Logistics Support Program.

The program, previously known as a prime vendor contract, is designed to provide worldwide support for the special operational equipment needs of the Department of Defense and federal agencies. Darley received a 100 percent small business set-aside, indefinite-quantity, indefinite-delivery, multiple-vendor contract for worldwide distribution.

The contract period is a base of two years with three one-year options. The estimated value for the base two-year period is $487,799,332.
