A Dallas Fire-Rescue (TX) engine was involved in an accident on Monday afternoon. A DFR spokesman said the accident involved Engine 46 and happened in front of the fire station.
The fire engine was responding to a different accident when the crash happened.
The driver of a white car was traveling at a high rate of speed and hit the side of the fire engine.
There appeared to be only minor damage to the fire truck and several firefighters were standing around the vehicle. The driver of the white car was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
