Companies Donate Fire Equipment to Yarnell (AZ)

Fire equipment manufacturers are donating more than $110,000 worth of new equipment to the Yarnell (AZ) Fire Department to help it recover from a devastating wildfire that killed 19 Prescott firefighters.

The donations by eight manufacturers were announced Thursday at the Arizona State Fire Training School.

Donated items included a thermal imaging camera, tools, hoses, clothing, helmets, goggles and a saw.
