Class 1 has announced the release of a new tank level indicator, the ITL-40, which displays liquid volume for both water and foam tanks.
A LED display can be viewed from 180 degrees, with brightness controllable by the operator. Level indication at nine precise points is viewable from a distance, at varying angles and under different lighting conditions. The system requires minimal installation and no scheduled maintenance.
“The ITL-40 is fully compatible with our existing Intelli-Tank offerings,” said Dick Smith, the company’s electronics product manager. He added that the new system demonstrates the company’s commitment to continuous product line improvement.
