The order includes 19 engines and 2 engines with elevated water towers built on KME’s Severe Service PredatorTMchassis.
This chassis was engineered and designed for use in extreme conditions and environments while providing reliability to users call after call.
KME has assembled a chassis that is truly severe in that every component has been subjected to high volume use in extreme conditions with over a million miles of real world testing.
According to Phil Gerace, KME Director of Sales and Marketing, “KME is honored to once again supply the Philadelphia Fire Department with apparatus. The KME Severe Service PredatorTMchassis has been a great fit for fleets from coast to coast. I’m pleased that the City’s past history with KME has yielded the confidence to place an order of such a significant magnitude.”
