A fire truck racing to a fire struck and injured a man in Brooklyn on Tuesday.
The unidentified victim, a man in his 30s, was crossing McDonald Ave. near Church Ave. about 10 a.m. when a fire truck from Ladder 148 hit him, officials said.
Firefighters jumped off the truck and rendered aid, dispatching another fire truck to the fire, sources said.
Paramedics took the injured man to Lutheran Medical Center, where he was in serious but stable condition Tuesday afternoon.
