The rear of the engine has four different compartments for tool storage. The upper left compartment has an SCBA, dry chemical extinguisher, and hard suction stored in it. The rear roll-up compartment is home to the rescue-pumper’s extrication equipment. The upper right compartment has a pressurized water extinguisher stored in it. A small compartment under the access stairs, stores some hooks and hard suction.
