The lawsuit against an auto dealership over a burned Aurora VFD fire truck is being transferred to a federal court, reports WVNews.com.

According to the lawsuit, Aurora took its 2004 Ford F-Super Duty 550 to the dealership. The dealership claimed it replaced the turbo, the charge air cooler, performed a diesel lube, oil and filter change, and changed the fuel and oil filters.

Firefighters came to pick up the truck and noticed an odor. They then found oil on the turbo and dripping onto the floor. When they went to return to the dealership, the truck caught fire.

Arch Insurance is suing Shaffer Ford for breach of contract, negligence, negligent misrepresentation/fraud and breach of warranties.
